The Beeches provides full induction training and is committed to the ongoing development of its staff team. We recognises that our employees are our most valuable resource. We can offer employees NVQ Level 2, 3 or 4 in Health and Social Care and Level 4 in Management. Candidates will be closely supervised by our in-house assessors. We are also fully compliant with NISCC requirements regarding staff development and supervision.
